While these are the problems related to pregnancy coming during the tenure of pregnancy there are few symptoms which show the pregnancy.

1. Basal Body Temperature: Also termed as the BBT. This is one way of reading and recording the period of ovulation. If this is maintained then the ovulation can be traced as that proves to be the most futile period from conception. It is recorded through special instruments, early morning before even you get out of the bed. The temperature is generally high during the time of ovulation and if the conception during this period then the temperature will remain elevated throughout the term of pregnancy.

2. Emotional Imbalance: Since the time of ovulation till the end of pregnancy the period is characterized by increased levels of hormones. This high level of hormones triggers mood swings and emotional ups and downs too.

3. Bloated abdomen and abdominal pain: The increased levels of the hormones means the high secretion of progesterone which relaxes the muscles but slows down the digestive system due to which there is formation of gases and flatulence in the intestine resulting into the abdominal bloating and pain . Drinking a lot of water can help you seek a lot of relief.

4. Tender Swollen Breasts and Darkening of Areolas: Tender breasts are one of the signs of the impending cycles and carries on during the term of pregnancy too. The darkening of the areola, enlarge and swollen breasts are the remarkable signs of pregnancy. The breasts also have bumps on and around the region which are called as the Montgomery’s Tubercles.

5. Missed Periods: Missed periods are considered to be the foremost signs of pregnancy but this is only so in case of the regular menstrual cycles. In case of irregular or delayed menses the story differs. You will have to wait till the next menses to confirm the conception or pregnancy.
