Low Testosterone, and what it does to a man.

Low Testosterone has been linked, to some of the worst problems a man could have. Some of the most common are: loss of libido, erection problems, loss of muscle mass, increased body and facial fat, increased visceral fat, emotion problems, cracking of the voice, man boobs, testicular atrophy and lack of motivation.

These days low Testosterone is a very common problem. The normal range that many doctors use is around 250-1200 ng / dl total Testosterone. But in my opinion 250 is far too low to feel manly at all. It is a devastating condition to be at. So trying to keep our total Testosterone levels over 500 ng / dl would be far more optimal in my books than 250. The higher the better.

There are many things, that cause Testosterone levels to be less than optimal, here is a list of most crucial things that will wreck most havoc in your endorcine system: Chemicals, and their ability to mimic Estrogen, eating wrong foods, eating at the wrong time, not getting enough sleep, increased plastic usage, cosmetics that contain xeno-estrogens, body fat, not exercising, exercising the wrong way and stressing.

How to increase Testosterone naturally

There are countless ways, to increase Testosterone without using any kind of unnatural synthetic steroids. Here I will give you the best ones in the block:

1. Sleep more

There is definitely a link between not getting enough sleep, and low Testosterone levels. It has been intensively studied lately, and the research found out, that when we enter the REM part of our dreaming cycles. Testosterone and Growth hormone production kicks in, and starts working with full force. So sleep more to increase Testosterone levels naturally, and for free.

2. Start eating organic foods

Commercial foods these days contain a lot of chemicals, many of them mimic Estrogen, and Estrogen (female hormone) is directly responsible for lowering Testosterone levels. So consume natural foods instead, it will be huge uplift for your Testosterone levels, and also your overall health.

3. Toss out your chemical laden cosmetics

Your shampoos, soaps, tooth paste, deodorants, and colognes all contain huge amounts of xeno-estrogens and estrogen mimics. They also contain many other unhealthy combinations. So consider taking them to the nearest garbage bin. There are natural alternatives out there that work just as well, and even better. Those products most certainly wont lower your Testosterone levels, and that is the most beautiful thing you can do as a man.

4. Exercise the right way

Long cardio plummets Testosterone levels, but short peak exercises like HIIT will significantly increase Testosterone, and Growth hormone production. There is tons of studies done about it, but the thing that proves it even without studies is this. Look closely at a marathon runner, and his muscle mass. Now after that look at a 100-200m sprinters, take a close look at their muscle mass. See any difference? Sprinters are way more anabolic.

The above applies also to strength training. Short duration, high intensity with great volume and big multi-joint lifts like squats, dead lifts and bench press will greatly improve serum Testosterone levels in studies. and like above long training session with low volume high reps, yields no increase in Testosterone.

5. Do not eat many small meals a day

Our bodies blueprint was not designed, to eat a balanced meal every 3 hours. Fact is that every single meal, whether it is fat, protein or carbohydrates. Lowers our Testosterone levels for some time. This is because of the response in insulin production, and cortisol release. So why would it make sense, to keep plummeting your Testosterone every 3 hours? That’s right it would not make any sense. That’s why you should fast, and then feast. Just like the primal cavemen who hunted in a fasted state, then when they finally hunted down a mammoth etc. they feasted with it. And I bet you already know this, but they were full of natural Testosterone!

And the best part is that it is all natural, and wont cost you too much. So no need for doctors, patches, injections, checkups and all that kind of nonsense.
