The thing is, that when people search for things like cut stomach fat, they already have much of fat on their whole body. Our organism can’t simply tell our bellies to get lean.
Effort should be put into burning fat from all of your body. That means, not only sit-ups will help you to achieve this goal, this can be done by cardio training, weight lifting, push-ups and all that.
But the ones that lose most body fat in rapid succession are those who also put effort in building muscle. Think of it like this: if you and your friend sit around and chat while reading journal, watching TV or any relaxing activity, which will lose more fat? The one that has more muscle, since it is one of a few structures in our body, that burns fat without doing anything.
This is the main reason why teenage girls are so concerned about their weight and what they eat, this is because they don’t have muscle, and, of course, barely some men would be attracted to a muscular girl. While a lot of teenage boys in most cases are completely opposite – they eat whatever they want and when they want, yet they barely gain any body fat and usually don’t even notice their fitness.
