Crash dieting will not help get rid of hanging belly fat, instead it will only make you feel hungry and irritable. Besides, people who have tried crash diets, lost weight, just to gain it back again.

The only thing that makes sense is change how you are eating. It won’t happen overnight, losing abdominal fat will take some time. This is all about eating healthy.

So stop filling up on starchy foods and add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Fresh fruits taste better and are better for you. This means that everything will build up in you body’s system and slow everything down. You have now restrict your body from eating food that will make you gain abdominal fat. So for argument sake, you are on a diet.

Just remember, beer and soda are not your friends. If you check online you can find some healthy recipes. These recipes you find should be low in calories and nutritious.
