The Real Way to Get Six Pack Abs Will Probably Surprise You and Even Seem Weird But it Works!

The Internet is running over with ads about diet and fitness and muscle building. They play on people’s natural desire to find an easy way to get in shape. It is very important to know the real way to get six pack abs. It will probably surprise you and may even seem weird, but it really works.

You need to understand that despite what the ads are telling you, there isn’t a fat loss or muscle building pill that will really work. Imagine if it were as simple as taking a pill! You’d no doubt see a lot more lean and muscular people walking around wouldn’t you? The truth is that only about 3% of our population actually has six pack abs! So why them and not you?

Well, it isn’t age sex or even good genes. The truth is, just about anyone including you, has a pretty nicely developed set of abdominal muscles just waiting to be uncovered. The problem is the layer of belly fat covering them. And most people have been fed a myth about what it takes to burn off that belly fat!

For a long time, even going back to when I was a kid, I thought that they way to get a nice flat stomach was to do hundreds of situps and crunches every day. And I did! I even got to where I could do 1000 situps in one sitting! Did it get me a six pack? NO!

The problem with direct abs exercises is that they don’t burn belly fat. They don’t offer enough resistance to do the job. They will strengthen and develop the ab muscles but the fat will still be there covering them up. All your hard work is essentially wasted! It gets even worse than that; do enough situps and crunches and your abs can actually push out against the fat, making your stomach look even bigger!

So then what is the answer? There are 3 critical elements to burning away stomach fat and getting a ripped set of six pack abs:

1. You must have the proper mindset. This is the primary reason why only 3% of the population have six pack abs. You must believe you can do it.

2. Nutrition is second in importance, even more than exercise. All the workouts in the world will do no good if you are putting junk into your body.

3. The best program for abs actually has very little to do with abs! You’ll find that you were probably doing almost the complete opposite of what you should have been doing.
