Cutting out most carbohydrates except vegetables, fruits and legumes is going to be key to losing weight overall and especially out stomach fat.

Most people want to believe that all they have to do is just do thousands of crunches and then call it a day but the secret on how to lose belly fat naturally is to focus on your diet instead. Exercise and proper recovery techniques in addition to great dietary habits are going to be a powerful combination to drop the stomach fat.
