Set goals, and stick to them. I know this may sound really dumb, but you would be surprised that about 98% of my clients just want to look like this, or be this weight. If you don’t have a good realistic goal, you won’t make it back into your old clothes. What I mean by this is set a weekly goal. Here is an example.
Week 1: Give up bad foods and get on a real, sensible diet plan.
Week 2: Get into a workout schedule that I know I can Stick With.
Week 3: Lose My first 3-5 pounds.
Week 4: Keep going with my diet, exercise, and weekly weight loss goals.
