Lose Weight Fast With 15 Minutes of Exercise, 3 Days a Week
If you want to lose weight fast with just 15 minutes of exercise 3 days a week this article is for you. It is possible to shed those unwanted pounds with this high intensity exercise routine. So if you do not have the time to run or jog 60 minutes seven days a week this program is what you have been looking for and if you were using lack of time as an excuse not to exercise I sincerely apologize because you no longer have an excuse.
All you need for this program is a jump rope, dumbbell or kettle bell and your own body weight.

Your goal is to perform each of the above listed exercises without resting in between each set.
