Protein is the natural building block of muscle. If you want to get sexy, then you will definitely need to replace that fat with some muscle tone! You should get about 20 grams of protein with every meal. This will allow you to see much faster and better results from your work outs!

Believe it or not, you do not even need to leave your house of invest in costly work out equipment to get the results you want! Here are three simple exercises that will work out your entire body:

Rocket Jumps: These consist of doing a normal squat, and once in the crouched position, exploding upwards and trying to jump as high as you can. This exercise will give you those sexy legs and that firm butt!
